If you really look into it, most foods consumed by the average person aren't always what they seem to be. We tend to overlook what's in our foods, in excitement for the scrumptious meal that waits at the table. But little do we know, what sits in our plates can be slowly offing us.
So we recommend this documentary that we feel you should definitely watch and share to the people you love most. From the dangers of processed foods, to the preservatives packed with dangerous chemicals in the meat we devour - it's important we also see the red flags to this.
