Posture is something i've been really focusing on as of late. Whenever I catch myself slouching, i'd be quick to correct myself like a spring in recoil. But I have to admit, keeping your posture correct is a challenge in itself. And I can only keep such a position for a small amount of time.
So when I heard about this 'Yoga Chair Session' held by #BackJoyPh, I was super curious to see what the event was about. As a yogi myself, the whole thought of doing yoga on a chair blew my mind. But knowing that you can do yoga, on a chair, while using a device called the BackJoy ultimately locked my attendance for this event. Needless to say, I was stoked.
Knowing very little about the BackJoy prior to the event, all I really knew about the product was that it corrects posture for those who spend most of their days sitting.
